Third-party and Drop-shipped Items

The return policy for third-party or drop-shipped items (sent directly from the manufacturer or suppplier) vary but in most cases we'll make arrangements for refund if you've clearly received damaged, defective goods or an incorrect order.

Some of our suppliers may not be so generous and we can't be left with the costs so please get in touch to discuss. Shipping may be at your expense in some cases.

Shipping

In most cases we can ship anywhere but drop-shipped items (sent directly from the manufacturer or suppplier) may not be able to be sent to some destinations. We try and make this clear in such cases but we're not always made aware of the limitations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Taxes and VAT

We're a small indepdendent supplier and do not charge VAT or tax on items we manufacturer but we pass on any taxes we are liable for when selling third-party goods.

In most cases, the price you see is inclusive of all taxes.
